Teachers holding a Diploma or higher AIMDUK qualification may apply for teacher certification. The application includes a portfolio review, teaching demonstration and CPD requirements. Contact us to begin the process.

Yes. Registered AIMDUK teachers have access to a dedicated portal where they can manage student registrations, track examination entries and access teaching resources on behalf of their students.

AIMDUK offers regular CPD workshops, online seminars and masterclasses with leading artists. Teachers are encouraged to complete a minimum of 10 CPD hours per year to maintain active certification status.

Examination registration is completed online through your student portal. Select your grade, preferred session (June or December), and examination centre. Payment must be completed to confirm your entry.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 6 weeks before the examination date. An administration fee may apply. Contact our examinations team with your student ID and preferred new date.

June examinations: registration closes 31st March. December examinations: registration closes 30th September. Late applications may be considered at the discretion of the board subject to availability.

Digital certificates are issued within 6–8 weeks of the examination date. Physical certificates are dispatched within 10–12 weeks. You will receive email notification when your certificate is ready for download or dispatch.

Complete the Certificate Request Form available in the downloads section of this page. Submit with proof of identity and your original examination reference number. Replacement certificates are processed within 15 working days.

Use the 'Forgot Password' feature on the login page. If issues persist, contact our technical support team at technical@aimduk.org with your registered email address and student ID for account recovery assistance.

If your payment was declined, your registration will not be confirmed. Check your bank details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. Contact our support team if funds were deducted without confirmation.

Memberships renew annually. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before expiry. Log in to your portal and follow the renewal instructions, or contact our membership team for assistance.
